The Top 10 Games of the Regular Season (#5-Winter Springs vs. Oviedo)

This week we'll release our picks for the Top 10 games of the 2008 regular season. Each day we'll release two games beginning with #10 and #9 on Monday concluding with #2 and #1 on Friday.

No. 5
Oviedo 35, Winter Springs 34 (Oct. 23)
Oviedo was on a three-game losing streak facing a Bears team that was 5-1. But Oviedo’s junior QB, Blake Bortles, generated five touchdowns to offset a typical big game by Winter Springs tailback Al-Terek McBurse (26 carries, 221 yards, 3 TDs) and the Lions rallied late to win. After McBurse broke a 65-yard go-ahead TD, Oviedo drove 80 yards on 13 plays and won the game on a 9-yard keeper by Bortles in the final minute.
