Osceola fumbled the first offensive play setting up Ridge Community in great field position.  The Kowboy defense would force a 4th and 22 but Karlos Williams would scramble for 28 yards setting up the Bolts with first and goal from the ten. Tyler Bodison would finish it off with a three yard run giving the Bolts an early 7-0 lead.

The Kowboy defense, led by University of Georgia commits BJ Butler and Marc Deas, would settle down holding Ridge Community to just 46 total yards in the half.  The Bolts either gained no yards or lost yards on eleven of their twenty three plays.  It was a dominating performance by the Kowboy defense.  The defense set up the only Kowboys score.  Shaq Bell intercepted a pass that was tipped by Jarell Emanuel.  Deas would find Anthony Gandy for a 25 yard touchdown reception early in the second quarter.  Gandy out jumped the defender and tipped the ball to himself coming down with it in the endzone.  The Bolts defense also played well holding Osceola to just 51 yards in the first half.  The game was called at half due to bad weather.
